arrow_back Field campaign at Col du Lautaret 2016-2018 (2058 m a.s.l., French Alps) : Snow surface properties and albedo measurements at Col du Lautaret
Dataset usage instructions
This dataset contains the data of the manuscript "Quantification of the radiative impact of light-absorbing particles during two contrasted snow seasons at Col du Lautaret (2058 m a.s.l., French Alps)" published in The Cryosphere and is organized as follows :
The folder : "Solalb" contains the albedo spectra acquired manually as well as the physical parameters estimated from these albedo spectra. The folder : "Autosolalb" contains the albedo spectra acquired automatically as well as the physical parameters estimated from these albedo spectra. The folder : "Snowpit properties" contains the physical parameters measured in the snow pits on the field. The folder : "Atmospheric_data" contains the atmospheric variables used to run the Crocus simulations. The folder : "EC_rBC_scatter" contains the comparison between Elemental Carbon (EC) and refractive Black Carbon (rBC) for all samples of the field campaign. The folder : "Automated_snow_depth" contains the automated acquisition of total snow depth made by the automated weather station.
For more information (units, content of the files), a detailed readMe.txt can be found in each folder.
